Just got of the phone with Mike, yes a Saturday. I had my tuner in hand but not really sure what or how to do it. He went through it step by step and we loaded the tune. He explained to me what was going on as we did it. Best customer service of any product I have had in a long time. I will report back on how the tune is working. I'm mainly looking to fix the lazy tranny and the unlocking of the converter on decelerate at freeway speeds.
