352 needs a new carb. CFM's?

352 needs a new carb. CFM's?
Alright, so the title is fairly self explanatory. my 66 with a 352 needs a new carb. It is leaking from about 10 different places and i know i am not even close to being mechanically inclined enough to rebuild one so i am loooking to buy a new one. I have found the carb i want, its a holley street 2bbl. But with a basically stock 352 what cfm should i get? 350 or 500? The only thing i plan to add for a while is a set of headers. so is 500 to much? But i would think 350 is defiantly to little.
