Gday everyone,
I would like to thank everyone on this forum that I have dealt with over the last couple of years
Unfortunately I have parted with my F'ee.........I know I will regret it, but time waits for no-one.
Something of interest (that will blow you 'yanks' away!), is that I bought it for $72000 new, and sold it recently for $60000 with 105000km....cant complain about that!
I will try and keep in touch, but time is precious. As I have said before, if anyone is coming 'down-unda', I would be happy to supply a swag for a night or two.
The support/advice I have recieved has been invaluable, and I appreciate greatly all you lot have given me. FTE has been the best forum I have been involved with, and all members should be proud of what you provide..it really is a family atmosphere
I feel sorry for you americans, you might send your vehicles over here for us to enjoy, but you are yet to discover the delights of meat pies and sausage rolls!!
See Ya Later On, Steve
Good luck on your lifes journey, been a pleasure knowing you the time you we're here. Not sure I want to know what you mean supplying a Swag for a nite or two, lol. Like the others said, say hello from time to time, good luck bro.

Thanks everyone,
A swag is like a canvas sleeping bag, we just roll them out where-ever....saves putting up a tent!
It has actually been MY pleasure meeting all of you
Yeah, don't be a stranger, It's not like you live on a different planet or something. Good luck and you don't have to own a truck to hang out with us yanks.
TDY to your country twice. We were treated very well and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You have a good thing going down under. Your posts always reminded me of my two weeks in the Northern Territories. Best of Success! V/r Les
I am not going replaced it. (they are irreplaceable anyway!)
I do drive a NISSAN PATROL table top (flat bed?) daily, which I will use in place of the F250.
But to replace the goosneck, I have purchased an old motorhome, which I am repairing at present. I think it will be more useful on general weekend trips, and may still tow my buggy if required.
I have tried to add some pics, not sure if they will work?
Yep, the pics worked!!
Hey Les, I also like the Northern Territory, we go racing out at Alice Springs each year, and do some sightseeing at the same time. I love the roadtrip (approx 2800km each way from home). I hope to get to Darwin and Broome in the next couple of years.
I also like how you can driving around in the middle of nowhere, and see 'black-fellas' just sitting under a tree, with no civlisation for miles!
