Header manifolds?

Hey are these what they call header manifolds and are they rare my father in law was under the impression they are

If you cant see it there are fins that run the length of the manifolds

They are just a manifold. No such thing as a header /manifold. It is one or the other

I thought so but I had never seen any with fins on them so it was beter to ask than put them in the scrap bin
