I think its normal, in all my tunes the dp will down shift like I am manually doing it at 45mph is it normal. I just installed it and went for a little drive, I will start a new post with thoughts of it.

 

Normal, it shifts to overdrive at 45mph. It drives better in the higher rpm at a low speed. Sometimes I click off overdrive because of that.

 

So how do you feel about the downshift? I love the way my trucks shifts after I installed the DP Tuner/ JW VB combo. The only time it bothers me is when I'm in traffic thats moving between 40-50 mph. Like orng1 said, I just turn OD off then.
