PLEASE HELP 94 5 speed trouble
I have a 94 f 150 and i dont know if my clutch is goin out or if its something internal or what but my truck will grind sometimes when im driving and it also does it when i let the clucth out sometimes.. please help

Did you check those things out? What did you find?
You should not start a new thread for every question. Update your thread, which will bump it to the top. The viewer will see your problem, and progress or results of checks, and be able to give advice.
At this point, it looks like you want someone to come over and check it for you as you have not reported what you found or didn't find when checking the clutch etc.
If you're that lost, I suggest you take it to a shop.
