I used the Diesel Manor instructions as well when putting in the Dipricols I used to have. Very straight forward and will work for different brands of gauges.
That fuel pressure gauge can be connected to one of the test ports on your fuel bowl. You'll have to have a special fitting to go from the fuel bowl to your sending unit. I bet your sending unit is 1/8 npt? Guzzle sells the adapert if it is or you might be able to find it at a parts store possibly.
Edit: 60 lb boost gauge is high, can you get one with 30 llbs?
The 30 psi one they had was vaccum / boost and I don't like the way it looked
And I will probably set them up so normal operating range is straight up and down so u can tell if something is wrong aquicker glance
