you can buy panels from lmc or npd,or you can fab up some panels out of sheet metal.but you will need a welder to put them in.by the looks of your cab it might be cheaper and less time consuming to put a rust free cab on instead.IMO

If you wanted to do it right replacing the entire cab would prolly be the best thing to do. Or you could always cut out the rust spots and replace with some sheet metal. First option is time consuming AND very costly, and the second option is time consuming, tedious and moderatly coslty. Depending on if you have all the right tools and equipment. Or you could do like my grandpa did to his 69 ford and just tac weld some old license plates over the rust. lol Face down of course.

You dont need holes fixed. You need a cab. The structure of the cab is gone. God for bid you got in an accident. the seatbelt would do nothing

Dont waste your time. You can have another cab on in a weekend. It would take a weeks worth of work to try to fix your cab and it would never be right

You can probably spend less on a cab than it would be to buy all the replacement panels to "try" and fix the rust

I agree. Replacing the cab is DEFINITELY the best way to go. Just make sure to replace it with one that's not so rusted lol.

I just looked at the pics again and I have to say that the cab is toast. I had an old 89 s-10 blazer thats was rusted like that after sitting in a feild for 7 years. I tried just about everything to fix it. My uncle who is a pipe welder even tried to help. We would weld a new peice of plate onto it and the rust was so bad it would just crack all around the weld. Unless you can rebuild an entire cab from scrap, one peice at a time I would just sell the truck ar replace the cab. Sooner or later you're gonna have to worry about falling through the floorboard.
