Fuel Pressure Regulator

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to replace a fuel pressure regulator from a EFI 302?? It looks like its made to the fuel rail (true or false)?

Fuel Pressure Regulator

There are 3 screws that go in from under the regulator. They are a 4mm allen head and a bit of a pain to get at.

True Its on the drivers side rear and yes it is a pita I used two different allens. One I cut the ell off and one non modified. Take your time and hold your tongue
