Logged out, logged back in, opened a new browser that I haven't used for FTE and do not see the face book button. My primary is Google Chrome.

No way for me! My wife and daughters are on face book. I am quite sure my past would come around to haunt me.

I activated the Facebook interface thingy and now I don't like it. How do I get rid of it?

You can customize your settings in your user CP:
https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/usercp.php

Failing editing the options to your liking, you can uninstall the plugin in your facebook:
http://www.facebook.com/editapps.php?v=extended

Ford-Trucks.com

Thanks~!

Are you trying to link it to Ford Trucks - or "break" an existing link?
Thanks,
Adrian

I use my user CP as my main FTE page. On the off chance I don't need to constantly see my facebook settings at the top of the page every time I load it , is there a way to minimize or prevent those settings from taking up all that space?

Certainly - just log out, and log back in with your username, not your facebook details

I'm on Facebook, but seldom go there. Only if I receive a message of any importance, which is usually never. There's so much game stuff there, that it's about all I get for messages... user sent you a flower, user sent you a drink, user thinks you might know so & so.... bleah. What a waste of internet ink! And TIME!

Now a forum where you can discuss... or cuss things, that's a decent thing to do. But the forums where you can cuss, instead of discuss... whoa... I've never seen so much hate in my life. And that even includes what used to be referred to as "the pig pen", a long while back, here on FTE.
