Dash lights and ODO
2001 SC 5.4 4X4 king Ranch 155K mi.
I have read a few posts on here about similar issues but cant seem to sort through them to find what I'm looking for.
My dash lights are not working and the ODO comes and goes. if the ODO is not working I can tap on the dash a few times and it will come on. All of the gages and warning lights work. the dome light works blinkers, bed head and door lights work just not the dash. I cant see how fast I'm going at night.
Could there just bee something worn out or dirty back there?
Also (and this may be for a new thread) the gear shift on the column is off by almost one gear. If it says drive its relay in neutral and if it says neutral it in drive... Possibly related?
