Difficulty removing booster link

I'm replacing the brake booster on my '78 F150 2WD truck.

I removed the old booster to replace it with a new one. Upon opening the linkages, I find I cannot remove the booster eyelet from the linkage. This was installed with a smooth bolt and held on by a cotter pin.

One side is free, but the other side (where the head is) seems to be stuck good on there. I have tried tapping on it and soaking it in PB Blaster to no avail.

Any suggestions on how to get this damn thing off?

Here is a pic for the visual impaired.

Get a pair of vise-grips on the pin and try to rotate it, if you get any movement spray with more penetrating fluid until it rotates freely.
Last resort is to cut the rod and take the pedal out and then attack with a BFH.

That did the trick. It freed up some, but it took 5 minutes of using a propane torch to get it totally free and loose. I then drove it out with a brass punch and a rubber mallet.

Apparently, some idiot didn't reinstall the curved washers after replacing the last booster, so the pin got rusted on the linkage.

I installed new curved washers, greased anything that moves with white lithium grease, and installed the new booster on it at last.

Thanks.
