Slotted Rotors....

Have to replace the ones on my 84 2WD F-150..Thought I might as well upgrade a bit. Can anyone chime in with their experiences..suggestions, etc ?..

I put JC whitney cross drilled rotors on my 98 cherokee and my friends 97 dodge 1500 4x4. It made a noticeable improvement, I'd reccomend it

Slotted is just fine, no need for cross-drilled. Most race car's don't even run cross-drilled as the holes tend to be a source for cracking. Slots are enough to let any gas escape and also provide a channel to help remove water if they get wet.
