Accelerator Problems
Can anyone help solve this problem...2000 F-250 Diesel P/U 4x4. At idle the accelerator is dead. If I stomp on it several times it will start working again. Once slow to idle, as when pulling up to a stop sign, the accelerator doesn't work again. I have checked the oil, replaced the fuel filter, the air filter and the pedal position sensor. It is still doing it. The engine runs fine the accelerator pedal is just dead. If I put it into neutral as I pull up to a stop sign are reve it up it will stay ingaged. Any help??
