Front end vibration located
Changed all ball-joints and brake caliper slide pins.
Double checked wheel alignment, and re-balanced tires.
Checked rotors for warping.
Bushings are good, with no sign of wear.
After I have done all this I still had vibration when driving at 40 km/h

Then i changed rims to another spare set I had.
NO MORE VIBRATION
Turned out to be one piece of lead balance weight on the right hand wheel.
It was hitting the brake caliper, only when driving at that speed.
Not when i jacked up the vehicle and turned the wheel.
Obviously there must be some strain on the rims when they're loaded.
Right now I feel kind of stupid for not checking the inside of the rims
