Hey guys,
I just had my dad take the hood ornament off of my '65 to work and he had it polished up there. The problem is, it is now just bare metal but oh does it look sweet! Are there any ways/things to put on it that will keep it from not rusting? He just said wax it once a week or so and it should be fine. Any other ideas? Thanks
have you tried cleatcoat? I know it sounds really cheap, but It will definately protect the base metal. And if he did a good polishing job, it should shine through nicely.
