Engine Help

I have an 85 f150 302 AOD 2wd. I installed a new 302 engine and at times when starting the engine I get a bad rattle noise when first started. Sounds like maby tappits with no oil. It lasts about 3or 4 seconds. My other two 302 engines have never done this. Well after much testing thus far I have found that it only does this when the humidity is high. When it does do the ratteling it sounds like the engine is comeing apart.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong or what to do about this?
