Thru 1996 on F250/350's, after that Ford went to metric wheels.
Econoline (E250/350) wheels didn't go metric till circa 2003.
Non metric: 1969/74 E300 / 1975/2003 E250/350 / 1953/1996 F250 / 1967/96 F350: 8 lug, 6.50" bolt circle.

What is a "newish" rim? If you mean anything after 1996 the answer is "No." That was when they started making the rims with metric measurements and even though they look close, they don't quite fit over the lugs.
