how much for install??

I bought a used intercooler with all the pipes. I dont have too much time right now. How much is a fair price to pay someone to install it? I've had it cleaned out by the local radiator shop.

It depends on what kind of setup they have to do meaning if its one from a factory 7.3 or aftermarket because theat will vary the setup.

You must have finally got the front end fixed too, because you said you were afraid to drive it much then, and obviously your driving it now.

Check out the brains on brad!!

Yeah I had to replace every single piece of rubber under the front but she's running like a champ now. Picked up an entire intercooler kit a guy had just taken off his 97. It's an aftermarket kit but dont remember the name on the aluminum pipes.

Is that a big kahuna burger? My girlfriend is a vegetarian, which pretty much makes me a vegetarian. But I do love the taste of a good burger... (Sorry, couldn't resist)

Why not put it in yourself?

Finally put the intercooler on. Only took about 5 hours over two days. I dont know why I waited so long! Was a lot easier than I thought it would be! Cant wait to throw the trailer behind it and see how she does.

Great! Glad it worked out for ya.
Not a very hard job is it?

What cooler do you have? 6.0, 7.3, metal or plastic tanks?
Do you have pics?

I do! There is a hill on the way to my cabin I always have to slow down for because I'm in the red. We'll see what she does

It's an aluminum cooler. I only had to trim a very little amount on the bottom of the radiator support. Everything else was just putting the puzzle together. When I bought it it was just a big box of pipes!

I scored this one for $300. Has the aluminum hypermax pipes. Now just need to save up for the PHP 6 position chip!
