Changing Rear End

I have an '86 converted F250 - F350. Rear is 4:11s. Is there a RE with something around the 3:5? range to improve gas mileage without any modifications fo the installation? It only gets about 10mpg on it's best day - empty!

I got an 8.8 RE with 3.55 in it. Its a 1988 F-150. Im actually wanting to jump up to 4.56 but need a new front end to hold the gears.
