1. Only the rears seem to be working. I've adjusted the fronts til here's slight contact between shoes and drums.

Cylinders are new all the way around. The one thing I did when I put in the front cylinders is bled them by just letting them bleed. I just opened up the valve and let the fluid flow out (with a small hose on the valve.) Could that be the problem?
