upper ball joint stuck in knuckle
do the uppers today on my 97 Explorer. I can't get the ball joint out of the knuckle ( both left and right side). I made the nut on top of the knuckle that holds ball joint in real loose. then I used my ball joint seperator and smashed the hell out of it with the hammer, no luck. those joints are in there. I even sprayed some rust out in there, still no luck. anyone have any tips?
