Vinyl dyes?

There seem to be a lot of vinyl dyes out there for coloring your dash or seats or etc., but do any of them really work, instead of chipping/peeling away or getting color all over your clothes? Thanks

Vinyl dyes?

I've tried dyes with varying degrees of success, none anything to write home about. I found a product at Wal-Mart called Vinyl and Leather PAINT. It comes in a rattle can just like paint. And it looks just like paint when you apply it. I redid some panels in my Corvette and they look like a factory finish. Much easier to use than dyes too.

Vinyl dyes?

I've used duplicolor fabric paint... decent results over 3 years. the actual fabric by this paint has indeed warn under the presure of my butt. The actual vinyl well, some limited amount of scrapaway over 3 years. Something i'd consider using again, and touch up every 3 years.

Vinyl dyes?

I checked the cans ZZ and sure enough they are Duplicolor brand. Pretty good stuff as far as I am concerned.
