Finding Out Actual Invoice Price
When you "build" a truck on Ford's web site is that price given an invoice price? If not how can one find out an invoice price for a truck I wish to factory order?

On the Ford Build and Price site, you get MSRP (retail / window sticker price). This is a good site I use:

Click on Chrome Car Book highlighted in blue. make sure you have your pop-up blocker off because it opens in another window. This is the Chrome Car Book site. Once it opens, you can go to the menu on the left side of the page under where it says "select" and choose "by make and model". Then you can build and price pretty much any vehicle from any manufacturer. When you've selected the vehicle, you'll see the invoice and MSRP prices next to each other. It's very accurate and a good site.
