emissions problems

have an 04 f150supercrew with mrbp exhaust, true flow intake and edge programmer. Just had the following codes pop up, lean bank1 and 2, 0455- evap- mass leak. Looked over the evap system and didn't see any major leaks. Any suggestions.

Nine times out of ten, your 0455 code is related to the gas cap. If it's in place, removed it and reseat it, clear the code, and see if it pops back up again.

You're getting lean codes because of the combination of your CAI and your Evo, which both work by leaning out your engine. We are the only company who can offer to upgrade your Evo so that it can be custom tuned and alleviate the lean problem. More info can be found HERE. Please know that I'm not pushing our product (I even hesitated putting it in this post); I just want you to know that you have options.

You may be in need of custom tunes to alleviate the lean condition. The exhaust may not be much problem, but the CAI sure is. You can try different tunes on your Evo, but my guess you'll need custom tunes for it to work like it should. If I were you, I'd keep what I have and have PHP upgrade to custom tunes.
