Front/Rear Sway Bars: 1977 was the first year for F250 4WD's.
D7TZ5482A .. Front Sway Bar / Obsolete.
Fits: 1977/79 F250 4WD / 1978/79 F150 4WD Super Cab / 1979 F350 4WD Regular Cab only.

1977: There were two different rear sway bars.
D3TZ5A772A .. Rear Sway Bar / Obsolete
Fits: 1973/79 F250 2WD Regular Cab / 1977 F250 4WD (High Boy) before serial number Y20,001).

D7TZ5A772A .. Rear Sway Bar / Obsolete
Fits 1977 F250 4WD non High Boy from serial number Y20,001 / 1978/79 F250 4WD / 1979 F350 4WD.
You will also need all the attaching parts...links, brackets and etc.

so they were not available in 76?
and I would have to locate an early 77 with them
any information if the front for the early 77 would fit/be adaptable to the d44 of the 76 highboy, or if any of those early 77's ever had them factory installed either front or rear
I don't have an issue with the handling, it's never going to be a road racer, just would consider the upgrade, if it is possible

With springs so stiff right form the factory, I cant see where these would be necessary.
I buy enough trucks that I have some of these laying around. Its too bad that your are in NC. I have to remove some from another project tomorrow. If you ony lived closer, I could use some help to remove them (front and rear) and would be willing to give them away to someone that would be willing to unbolt them. These really are worthless to me.
