If you are referring to the wait to start light then the fuel bowl heater is probably shorted. You have to unplug it at the back side base of the fuel bowl and then replace the fuse. Look in the owners manual for location or someone may have it handy.

What year? Engine? Any other symptoms? Does the tach move or not when cranking? Any smoke from the tailpipe while cranking? What color?

The more info we have the easier to troubleshoot.

Wonder where the new guy went? Welcome to FTE if you decide to check back in.

No WTS light means you're not getting the voltage through the PCM to run all the important stuff to let the truck start. I'll agree the most common cause is a blown fuel bowl heater. As mentioned, unplug the heater, then find and replace the blown fuse. Leave the fuel bowl heater unplugged and it should start back up.
