Ok sorry it took so long to get back, work has been busy. I myself prefer the poly, better performance. The trick is you have to make sure it comes with all the needed pieces. Like in my situation I wanted to replace all the factory sleeves. The bushings I bought didn't come with them so I now have to buy them seperatly. Now bronco graveyard does sell a complete factory replacement kit for $200. But like Marks said, check your cab mounts as well, make sure they aren't sagging!
