truck pulls
Any one having problems with truck pulling? i had the alignment done 2 times with no difference. weather road leans to the right or left that's the way the truck pulls and need to hold wheel half turn to keep it going straight. If i take my hand off the wheel the truck will drive off the road in 50 ft or so. Any help would be appreciated! truck is a 2008 job 3 F350 CC with 26000 miles.

Try jacking up one side of the axle at a time and see if the wheels try to turn. This is a kind of bump steer, when the suspension compresses it changes the geometry of the steering linkage. Basically, it makes the compressed side closer to the gear box and the linkage doesn't change length, so the linkage pushes the knuckle away.

It could also be a bad tire. Try rotating them. i had one truck with a pull, the tire shop diagnosed it as "radial pull". The offending tire was placed on the back axle, where it didn't cause a problem.
Coincidently, the tire didn't pull at first, it seems like it wore into the pull.

Did the tire thing, at a lose at this point.
thinking of buying new tires but i don't think it will do anything. i remember reading on here a few years ago about someone having problems and someone posting an alignment numbers to set up the leaf spring truck and didn't know if there was anything for the 08 model.
