Blower type noise

A lot of times when I first start my 09 it sounds like a large blower type noise is going as I drive a mile or so down the road, also as I start I hear a spit type noise a lot of the time. Has anyone experiance these noises?

Blower type noise is going to be the clutch fan kicking in for a few minutes. If you pop the hood and then start the truck you can step out and confirm.
