Oil temp / water temp correlation?

Anyone know what the oil temp would be in an engine with coolant temp at 210 deg? Would oil also be around 210? I could install a gauge, but it seems that oil temp would be pretty stable once engine warmed up. Thanks.

I have sensors in the oil and tranny pan. The oil tends to run the same as Radiator (195 degrees) untill you get to running down the highway on a hot day. Then it may go as high as 215. I also have a small oil cooler.

Thanks, Beartracks. What temp does your tranny fluid run?

Tranny stays a lot lower normally. Again on a hot day pulling a load it may eventually get to 210. It also has an auxillary cooler. Both coolers are mounted horizontally due to space restrictions in front of the radiator. Any higher than 210 on oil or tranny worries me. I also run a large tranny fluid pan.
