I've seen concerns about coking, mostly people like you hoping to find out that it does not happen.
Lots of us use the high idle mod and allow the motor to cool after hard use. Have not seen anyone complain about it.
Lack of driving or lots of short trips will kill our emissions system way before the turbo's.
