Temp gauge

Hey guys, I am going to flush my cooling system tomorrow and I want to install a temp guage. Is there anywhere to put the sender without removing the factory one. I have a vdo with graduations rather than just "normal" but don't want to disconnect the one in the dash.

If you note the overheat sensor on the lower front corner of the drivers side head (USA) there is a plug at the rear of the opposite head near the firewall..... you can use it.
