Help please Multi purpose switch
2000 excursion 7.3 Started with low-beams going out sometimes. Now have no...low-beams, turn signals, hazards, or brake lights. Wipers front and back, parking lights, and high beams all work. Just went to Auto Zone for a new multi-purpose switch and still the same....there's the first $60 down the drain on diagnostics?!
Any ideas? It is my daily driver and am nervous with no brake lights..

Tilt the column and see if some stuff starts working. There is a plug down in the column that gets strain on it sometimes and becomes unplugged. People routinely put tie wraps around it to hold the plugs together.
