bully dog programmer

hello, i just purchased a bully dog triple dog programmer for 08 f250 powerstroke(p/n 40502). when i try into install it says fault code 113 and tells me there is another tuner installed that i need to remove first. I bought this truck brand with no miles on it and i"m sure there is no other tuners installed...100% stock... I'll call tech support in morning but curiuos if anyone else has experienced?

OK, according to bullydog my truck just has an extremely new flash from ford that the programmer could not recognize. they gave me a new code to try...we'll see what happens i guess
