My 1995 f250 will not start after shut down and the truck ran fine before that. Have an edge programmer and a strange vibrating sound coming from power distribution box. It cranks fine but no fuel to injectors. When the injector drive relay and the glow plug fuse is removed the noise stops. Could the edge programmer have caused this problem? and yes the oil is fine in age and quantity. Installed a new cps and batteries and still have the problem.
