looking for accelerator cable for 1966 f250 352 v8 manuel approx 19+ " ball sockets both ends bolts to floor /fire wall 2 bolt holes ford part # e1t2-9a758e discontinued poss. part # 43-4534 lmc truck cant tell any help would be greatly appreciated
