stainless brake lines
Trying to get ready for another salty NY winter.Has anybody used stainless brake lines for replacements on their truck.Is it ant harder to flare ? Also is their a good flare tool out there ?

I thought they used a special fitting for Stainless... Hot Rod shops use them alot because they dont rust and can shine like chrome.
I think the issue is, they are so hard they are brittle. SO when flairing, they tend to split. I thought they used a special fitting instead of a flare. You might want to look into that.
