That's a good time frame. As soon as I get a garage I'm going to take mine apart.
I said that for a yr and a half. I still don't have a garage but I decided I wasn't going to wait anymore, becuase I go to all the cruise nights and car shows around here and get 'the itch.'
So I decided it was time to shyte or get off the pot...lol
Yeah I can understand that. I'm renting and living in a duplex. They wouldn't be too happy If I set my cab in the front yard. LOL.
When I get everything off the frame I'm going to start rust proofing everything. I think mechanical everything just needs to be cleaned. It always starts and runs great. But right now I got rust eating through my extended cab.
LOL.
I appreciate the offer. We do have a realtor thats a friend of my wifes family that we are using.
I am actually going to talk to my mortgage adviser on Monday and see if I can qualify for a $180,000 loan. I saw a house in gray that peaked my interest.
I really want to get out of this two bedroom duplex and out of South Portland.
Darksidesm, better check quick... if you close before dec 01, you can still get the $8K tax credit. And go MSHA and get $5K for closing too. Helluva deal (granted u haven't owned a home in the past 3 yrs.)
I thought it was Nov. 1st? Well thats more time than I thought. LOL.
Yeah I read about that $5000 on the Maine website. I was going to ask him about that. We can't afford closing costs so we have been looking into an RD loan. This will be our first house. It is so difficult out there for first time home buyers.
You have to close by Nov. 30. There is so much out there to choose from.
An MSHA/ FHA loan should cover all your closing costs. RD would too, but they aren't fun...lol.
