Unhappy 95 ford explorer engine trouble

95 ford explorer v6 4.0 auto so about 2 weeks ago my engine started having a ruff idle and since then has gotten much worse when I give it gas from a stopped position like a stop light it will start stalling or will stall if it dosnt stall it will shake bad and move very slow the air coming out of the exhaust is putting out the truck has no engine codes to give me a idea of whats going on so far ive tried:
-Coil pack
-MaF sensor
-Fuel injector cleaner
-checked the pressure before and after the cat to make sure it wasnt clogged
-Checked vacuum hose lines for pressure loss
Plugs and Wires where replaced about 8000 miles ago
anyone have any idea where I should look next ?
Thanks -Jeff

I can't reference which sentence is confusing to me since it's all one sentence, but I don't understand what you are trying to say about the exhaust.

Have you checked around the intake manifold for the common vacuum leak from the intake manifold gasket?

Have you removed the EGR valve and cleaned it and checked for proper operation?

Sorry about the punctuation im typing this on a cell phone cant see more then a couple words at a time on the screen lol.

I checked the vacuum lines at connection spots and wasnt loosing any pressure any where I will check the intake mainfold gasket thanks for the idea.

I have not touched the EGR valve yet I will also do that.
Thanks -Jeff

I was thinking the same thing when reading that, my first thought was the egr valve or the egr tube its self. Have you made sure the air filter is clean? Because a bad air filter will cause less air flow of course and will cause the suction coming from the throttle body to scrunch the intake hose and cause throttle trouble.

Have you considered a bad fuel filter or fuel pressure regulator?
