My wife owns a 2008 Explorer XLT and for the most part, it's been a great vehicle.
But the quality of material used in the interior needs some attention. Both sunvisor mirror covers have broken their hinges. The latest just this past Tuesday on the passenger side. My wife's boss was riding with her and when her boss, a lady, pulled the visor down to check herself in the mirror, the cover just fell off into her hand.
Anyone else have this happen?
