Mike I used a DJM lowering kit that I got from Summit Racing.I've posted this a couple times, but will post it again. Kinda posts the lowering in perspective:
yea how or where did you get those kits for your trucks,i ve got a 86 ford i want to lower and have had nothing but trouble finding it for my year is there a trick can you help a guy out.
I got my kit from Summit Racing. they are a good bunch of guys. If they don't have what you need on their web site, give them a call, and they can probably get the parts for you.
Mine is a DJM kit that I got from Summit. I got the part numbers from DJM's website and entered them into Summit's website. It is hard to find the lowering kits on there without the part numbers. Here is a pic of the finished product.
