hey all, everytime I give my 03 6.0 the gas black smoke keeps comming out. when I noticed it ,I started letting off and then giving it gas to watch what its doing it happens all the time recently, also I have a # 7 slightly clogged injecter or the wiring to it is messed because at 45 mph. it it runs a liitle irratic until 55mph then it smooths out or if I let off the gas and reapply to downshift it goes away until it shifts back to hi gear at 45mph then it comes back.
I am more concerned about the black smoke more than anything your help is wanted thanks

You probably have a leaking injector and need to get it checked out ASAP.. Check your oil to make sure the level isn't rising because of fuel getting into the crankcase.. This won't fix itself and can get much worse very quickly..
I had this happen on the way home from a vacation a couple of years ago.. I shut it off 6 miles from home when I couldn't stand the sounds it was making anymore.. A cylinder was on the verge of hydrolocking.. Got the injector replaced and no related problems since..
