03 PSD 4x2 coil springs

My coil springs are shot again. I took a look at the last coil springs the dealer installed and they read: 2C3Z-5310-WA

Are these the correct springs for a 4x2 diesel?

I would like the front to level off and be a bit stiffer.

Thxs

The springs varied depending on what package the truck was ordered with. When I replaced my front springs, it brought it up some, but not as much as the original ones did.

Your options are to look into a leveling kit if you don't mind raising it up 2" - 2 1/2", go to a spring shop and they can custom make you a set of front coils for $400 -$500, or get a set of airbags that slip inside the front coils to stiffen up the front a bit.

I went the air bag route using airlift. I was able to lift the front up about 1/2" and stiffen up the ride a bit. Too much air and you'll need an alignment due to the lift, but the air pressure is adjustable.

Thxs..........I did the 2" leveling spacer under the coil spring and yes, it does need an alignment. It did help but its a shame the truck only has 55,000 miles on it and I have gone through two sets of springs. Very poor quality springs from Ford.
