More puter problems

Seems in my travels I picked up a bug. Seems someone hacked my old SBC account and sent out e-mails to everyone in my addy book. Most likely an overseas thing to get folks to buy electronics. Course you will never see any product. Just send them money and it will be gone. Sorry to the folks who received the bogus e-mail.

I just got a call from Bob. He siad to change my pass word and run a Malware program. Said I had some Malware. No telling where I picked it up. Been in 7 states the last 8 days and conected trough a lot of wifi. It's on my old SBC account that I don't even check on this puter. Kind of strange. Changed pass word and ran scan. Found the two emails that were sent. Guess I need to resend them and tell folks what happened. Back to my old SBC account.

I did receive a spam email from ya, but it went straight into the Junk email folder. No damage done on this end

Julie was having computer problems a month ago with her new computer, then we had to put in a new hard drive and reload software. she was getting along ok for a bit then a couple of days ago, she was working on the computer, then the screen went black with only a mouse, the mouse moved all over but the screen, so it wasn't locked up. When she booted it back up it was the same. The laptop was still under warranty, so she sent it off, and should get it back within a week or so.
