Ford egr article
There's an ezine called Motor Age, that's available at Motorage.com. (It may take a lot of fooling around to find it-- they've made the site strange).
Anyway, the July 09 issue has an article on Ford egrs describing the 3 types that have been used over the years. It's a good overview and it goes into some tech detail on some of the subtleties.
I read a few of the F150 sections, and egr comes up fairly often, so I thought that I'd pass this on.
BTW, I didn't put instructions for finding the mag because I got tired of looking at one point, and I registered for a (free) subscription. It's oriented to techs and shop owners, but sometimes there's some really good info.
