2004 f 250 cold start up problem

In the mornings or when my truck is cold,I start it and it fires off but then it bogs down and barely runs, once the motor warms up, it runs great, let it sit for about eight hours and the same thing happens. Any thoughts would be great. Also when the motor is cold and I turn on the key I hear like a buzzing sound for 1-2 seconds(maybe the fuel pump?). But when it is wamed up the buzzing sound last for about 5-6 seconds. I'm thinking my problem is that the fuel system is losing prime but I have changed fuel filters, drained the fuel/water separator,It is a 2004 6.0 and i also cleaned the battery termainels, i think it might be the glow plugs if so is there a easy way to check this and i thought about plugging the truck in to keep the motor warm any thoughts.

sounds like the EGR cooler has failed and is leaking into the ehxaust. After it burns off the coolant it runs fine. That's what mine did.

But wouldnt the coolant resevor show that i need to add coolant, what i did last night was take my super chips programmer and ran my codes and it gave me 10 codes and all 8 cylinders it says CIR LOW.So i plugged the truck in and it started fine this morning.
