steering column interchange

will a 86 f350 steering column fit in 90 f150?

I don't know why it would not interchange.

Same cab and set up as your F150.

thats what i was thinking i was concerned tho since the dashes look so much different

It should interchange, you may have some column cover issues but nothing too serious, my 87 has an 85 column in it.

we compared them and the wiring looked all the same, the only difference we could find was the aluminum plate that bolts to the colum itself to mount it, just swapped them and everything went fine! thanks guys
