Question about Caster?
Have 88' BII 4WD 2.9ltr. Front tires wearing really bad on the outside edges. Jacked it up and checked front end...everythings o.k. Out of line. BUT...i noticed that the front end alignment uses a camber/caster bushing. They make em' from 0* all the way up to 3 1/4*. How do ya know which one you need? Gotta have it before ya take it to the alignment shop cause ya know they don't have em in stock. Anybody had the front end aligned on their Dana 28?

They do that on all Ford TBB step-ups. Which is why tire rotation is a good idea.
If your vehicle is stock, you are not going to be messing with the caster at all, maybe the camber some.
Most likely you have bad shocks, bad shocks will cause extreme shoulder wear on a Ford TTB along with under inflation on the tires.
