Want to buy, 1953-1956 f100 set of running boards in good shape and a tailgate for the same year truck.....I think the tailgate can be from 1953-197? step side bed.

 

I'm having a heck of a time finding a good c6 for my 74 project. The ones that I can find where I am are priced out of my league, or none of the local pull-it places have em.

I've been searching craigslist and the local classifieds for months now, so please anybody with a line on one for a reasonable price let me know!

Hey guys I'm posting up my 83 F-150 for sale. I've got some pictures in my gallery of how the truck looked a couple years ago, and some more posted on an ad on CL. I'm asking $1500 for it, but will consider offers on it. The truck is not perfect, but deserves consideration. I'm moving out of state, and I'd love for someone to take this project and finish it. Even if you do not want it yourself, pass this info around because it has to be gone by May 1!

I just bought a new (remann'd) 300 inline six engine for it from Autozone that hasn't even been broken in yet with less than 100 miles total(Still have receipt). I also added to the engine:

• 4bbl 600 CFM Holley Carb,
• Clifford Single Plane 4bbl Intake
• 3G Alternator Conversion
• EFI exhaust manifolds w/ Walker Y-pipe

I've also done some upgrades to the interior of the truck such as:

• Power lumbar bench seat from 92 F250 w/ fold down arm rest
• Instrument Cluster w/ Factory Tachometer
• Tilt Steering
• Factory clock w/ upgraded trim
• Headliner
• CD Player w/ Lightning Audio 6.5's in the doors

I've also got the 1983 Light Truck Specifications Book from Helm Inc, as well as the original owners manual for the truck. I've also got a split rear window, brush guard, and newer front bumper to go with the truck, I also have an electric fan from a Ford Taurus that I never installed, and I have an 8.8 3.55LS Axle to go as well. I'll even throw in my Cobra NightStalker CB if you are interested! I just really need this thing gone.

 

Since I can't seem to sell these on Ebay, and I'd much rather them go to someone from these boards than anywhere else I'm posting up my two manuals I bought for my previous truck.

They both have a little cover damage, but are all complete with untorn pages. I have a 1983 F150-F350 original owners manual, and I also have a 1983 Helm Inc. Light Truck specification manual. If anyone is interested in them please PM me or just ask here, and I'll provide pictures of them both.

I'm not looking to get a whole lot out of them, I just want to pass them on to someone that will put them to good use.
